We do not store your complete payment card, UPI, wallet, or banking credentials.
Orders

Custom and Personalized Orders

Once production begins, custom orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Shipping

Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
