Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may take additional time depending on design approval, size, finishing, and production workload.
Shipping Coverage
We offer PAN India delivery through reliable courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability may depend on your PIN code and courier serviceability.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 5-10 business days after dispatch
Express delivery, if available: 2-4 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, high order volume, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 1,499.
For orders below the free shipping value, shipping charges may vary based on product size, weight, delivery location, and courier availability. Final shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the contact method provided at checkout. Tracking updates are controlled by the courier partner and may take up to 24 hours to refresh.
Secure Packaging
Our products are packed carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Large metal wall art, clocks, and fragile decor items may include protective layers, corner protection, and reinforced packaging where required.
Incorrect Address
Please enter your full and correct shipping details, including name, complete address, city, state, PIN code, and phone number.
If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may fail or the parcel may be returned. Re-shipping charges may apply. Address changes should be requested as soon as possible, preferably within 1 hour of placing the order.
Failed Delivery
Courier partners usually attempt delivery more than once. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address is incomplete, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, we may offer re-shipping with additional charges or process a refund after the parcel is safely returned and inspected.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and invoice.
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will help with a replacement or refund after courier investigation.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on request. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. International delivery timelines may vary and can be affected by customs clearance.
